Key Living Guidelines & Regulations
Parking & Vehicle Movement
Residents must park strictly within their allotted numbered stilt or open parking slots. No parking is permitted in fire lanes or walkways.
Maximum speed limit within the township is 15 km/h to safeguard children and elderly residents using the internal avenues.
Guest vehicles must be parked only in demarcated visitor parking bays after obtaining a visitor pass from the security gate.
Clubhouse & Amenities Guidelines
The Community Hall, Party Lawn, and Amphitheatre must be booked at least 7 days in advance through the Society Manager with refundable security deposit.
Proper swimwear and athletic footwear are mandatory. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult in the pool area.
In compliance with local environmental bylaws, high-volume music and loudspeakers in common areas must cease by 10:00 PM.
Waste Management & Eco-living
Residents must separate domestic waste into Wet (Green bin) and Dry (Blue bin) categories prior to morning door-to-door collection.
STP recycled water is strictly for landscaping and toilet flushing. Please report any tap leakage in common areas immediately to the helpdesk.
Pets must always be on a leash in common corridors and walked only in designated perimeter pet areas. Owners must ensure cleanliness.
